This latte art obsession constantly clogged my instagram feed, but too often I would be in an unfamiliar city, yet still struggle to find a semi-descent espresso. Whether this sub-par offer was due to a feeble blend, a disengaged barista or simply a sterile atmosphere, I became determined to produce a better option.
After opening and operating many successful cafes and restaurants, I dreamt of proliferating specialty coffee to the masses. After countless coffee cuppings and thousands of hours of hard work, we finally found the solution.
